Where we ship
We currently ship Australia-wide only.

Shipping rates

• Standard: free on orders of $99 or more, otherwise $12. Delivery in 2 to 8 business days.
• Express: $16. Delivery in 1 to 4 business days.

When will my order ship?
We pack and dispatch orders from Melbourne every business day. Orders placed before 9am (Melbourne time) ship the same day. Orders placed after 9am, or on weekends and public holidays, ship the next business day.

Tracking
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link so you can follow it to your door.

Delivery times
Delivery times are estimates from the day your order ships. Remote areas, peak periods and carrier delays can occasionally add a few days.

Check your address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address you provided. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll try to update it before your order ships.

Lost or damaged parcels
If your tracking hasn’t updated in a while or your parcel arrives damaged, contact us and we’ll sort it out with the carrier.

Pre-orders
If your order includes a pre-order item, we’ll ship everything together once all items are ready.
